Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide! Please allow 3-4 business days to be processed. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To avoid any delays please ensure the email address provided with the order is accurate and shipping address is correctly formatted.

Canada Shipping  - Estimated 2-10 business days
United States Shipping - Estimated 5-12 business days
International Shipping - Estimated 7-22 business days

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Creation TO Inc. is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Please ensure to check the shipping address attached with your order.

If you would like to arrange the arrival of your package/where your package is delivered, please contact the shipping carrier attached with your tracking information to further assist with your request. 

Customs/Duties/Import Charges
We are not responsible for any duties/customs/import charges that may apply to orders being shipped International (excludes United States). It is the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. When you place an International order, you agree to pay any fees related to customs, duties, or taxes in your given country.

Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Please be patient as our partner carriers are experiencing delays that impact delivery times. As packages are dropped off at postal offices it is out of our control beyond this point.

Items listed as "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped within 3-6 weeks of your original purchase date. You will receive full tracking information via email upon completion and ready to be sent out. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled during its transit.

In Store Pick-Up
We offer free curbside and/or in-store pick up. Please select our Pick-Up option upon checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days to be processed, you will be notified once it is ready to be picked up. We will contact you to arrange a date and time to pick up your order.
